Cancellation & Refund Policy

Justmixx believes in helping customers as far as possible and therefore follows a transparent cancellation and refund policy.

• Order Cancellation
• Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.
• Once an order is shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only if:

• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged product received
• Defective product received

Customers must report issues on the same day of delivery along with:

• Product photos
• Packaging photos
• Order details

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 1–2 business days.

Non-Returnable Products

Opened, used, or partially consumed DIY products are not eligible for return or refund.
